Diagnose before you spend
Three scored audits. Real findings, not a gut check.
AI visibility, accessibility, and landing page conversion. Each one is a scored evaluation against a documented framework, the same one every time, with a prioritized fix list at the end instead of a grab-bag of opinions.
What I audit
Pick one, or run all three.
01
AI Visibility
Is your site structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews can actually find and cite it, or just Google's classic search.

Accessibility
A real WCAG 2.1/2.2 audit against the standard behind the European Accessibility Act, not a plugin that claims to fix it for you.

Landing Page
A scored conversion audit. I ran it on my own site first: 55 out of 100, zero photos, one conversion path. Here is what it finds on yours.

Is your site actually visible to AI search, or just to Google?
Half your buyers still click a blue link. The other half read an answer written by ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google's AI Overviews and never visit a site at all. If your site is not structured for a machine to read it and quote it, you are invisible to that half, no matter how well you rank in classic Google search.
Ranking and getting cited are not the same fight anymore. Most sites are set up to win neither.
What I check
1
Site architecture and navigation
Do your strongest pages actually get found, or are they buried, orphaned, or 404ing without you knowing it.
2
Structured data and schema
Do search engines and AI systems actually understand what you sell, who you serve, and where.
3
Eight real AI-discovery tests
Purchase-intent, comparison, and brand queries, run live against the AI answer engines your buyers now use.
4
Competitive landscape
Who is winning the AI answer your business should be winning, and what they have that you do not.
02 · Accessibility
Is your website ready for the European Accessibility Act?
EU accessibility law now applies to a growing list of business websites, and WCAG is the real standard behind it either way. I run an actual audit against WCAG 2.1/2.2: automated checks, screenshot review, and manual code review, not a plugin that claims to fix it for you.
What I check
1
Automated and manual WCAG 2.1/2.2 checks
Automated tools alone catch roughly a third of real issues. I read the code too: focus states, keyboard navigation, contrast, form labels.
2
Real screenshot review
What actually happens when someone tabs through your site with a keyboard, or a screen reader hits your forms.
3
A severity-scored report
Critical, High, Medium, Low. You fix what carries real legal and usability risk first, not a flat checklist.
4
Tested vs. untested, stated plainly
What the audit actually verified versus what still needs manual sign-off. No blurring the two to look more thorough than it is.
An overlay widget that claims to fix accessibility with one script tag does not reduce your legal exposure, and in several documented cases has made it worse. This is not a badge, a plugin, or legal advice. It is an honest read of where your site actually stands.
03 · Landing Page
I audited my own landing page. It scored 55 out of 100.
No polish, no excuses: the same scored framework I run on client pages, pointed at my own first. Zero photos anywhere on the page and a single conversion path were the two things dragging mine down.
Most "we reviewed your landing page" feedback is a list of opinions. This is a scored evaluation against a documented framework, the same one every time, so you get a number you can track and a prioritized fix list instead of a grab-bag of suggestions.
What I check
1
Above-the-fold clarity
Does a stranger understand what you do and why to care in five seconds, or are they guessing.
2
Friction in the conversion path
Is there only one way to say yes, and is it too big an ask. A single 30-minute call with no lighter alternative loses people who were not ready for that yet.
3
Trust signals
Real proof and real specificity versus vague marketing claims. Placeholder text and unverifiable numbers read as untrustworthy even when the work is solid.
4
Technical basics that quietly kill conversions
Load speed, mobile layout, and whether your tracking is even firing on the actions that matter.
What you get, every time
Same deliverable shape, whichever audit you run.
A scored report, not a vague impression, against a documented framework you can track over time.
A prioritized fix list, what to fix first, not a wishlist you cannot act on.
Plain-English findings, something you or your developer can actually use, not a jargon-heavy score sheet.
